In plain words: we only collect what we need to deal with your enquiry. We don't sell your data to anyone, we don't send newsletters and we don't use tracking cookies.

We don't have, and don't need, a data protection officer. Contact us directly about anything using the details above — we reply within 24 hours.
02What data we process
Only what you fill in on the enquiry form yourself or tell us:
| Data | Required? |
|---|---|
| Full name | yes |
| Phone number | yes |
| E-mail address | no |
| Line of business | yes |
| Message text | yes |
We don't collect national ID numbers, document numbers or any special categories of data. Please don't include sensitive information in your message — there's no reason to.
03Why we process it and on what basis
The only purpose is dealing with your enquiry — getting back to you, talking through your brief and, where relevant, preparing a quote.
The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We don't need your consent for this — you send us the data precisely so that we can contact you. That's also why the form has no consent tick box, only a note that you have read this policy.
If an enquiry turns into a job, we also process the necessary billing details on the basis of performing the contract and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
04How long we keep the data
- An enquiry that didn't turn into a job: 12 months from the last contact. Then we delete it.
- A completed job: for as long as we work together and then for the statutory periods — in particular 10 years for tax documents under the Czech VAT Act and Accounting Act.
- Spam and obviously meaningless messages: deleted as we go.
05Who gets access to the data
We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone for marketing purposes. It only reaches the service providers that the website and e-mail can't work without:
| Processor | What for |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) | Website hosting. The transfer to the USA is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. |
| Web3Forms | Receiving the submitted form and delivering it to our e-mail inbox. |
| WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Czech Republic) | The domain and the e-mail inbox the enquiry arrives in. |
| Accountant / tax adviser | Billing details for completed jobs only. |
We may also pass data on to public authorities where the law requires us to.
06Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use any cookies or tracking technologies. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing. That's why you won't find an annoying cookie banner here — there's nothing to agree to.
For technical and security reasons, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs containing the IP address, browser type and time of access. They are used solely to run and protect the website.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your data:
- access — to find out what we hold about you and get a copy;
- rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected;
- erasure — to have your data deleted once it's no longer needed;
- restriction of processing — while something is being clarified;
- data portability — to get your data in a machine-readable format;
- objection — to object to the processing;
- complaint — to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Just write to info@targyo.com. We'll deal with it within one month at the latest, free of charge. The quickest way to have an enquiry deleted is a one-line e-mail — we won't ask you for anything complicated.
08Security
The website runs exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the controller named in section 01 has access to submitted enquiries, and the accounts are protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
09Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We recommend checking back here next time you send an enquiry.
